1、陶粒砂具有很高的压裂强度,主要用于油田井下支撑,以增加石油天然气的产量,属环保产品。此产品利用优质铝矾土为原材料烧结而成,是天然石英砂、玻璃球、金属球等中低强度支撑剂的替代品,对增产石油天然气有良好效果。
2、压裂支撑剂的用途:石油天然气深井开采时,高闭合压力低渗透性矿床经压裂处理后,使含油气岩层裂开,油气从裂缝形成的通道中汇集而出。用高铝支撑材料随同高压溶液进入地层充填在岩层裂隙中,起到支撑裂隙不因应力释放而闭合的作用,从而保持高导流能力,使油气畅通,增加产量。实践证明,使用高铝支撑剂压裂的油井可提高产量30-50%,还能延长油气井服务年限。
3、压裂支撑剂的性能指标:陶粒支撑剂必须要求能承受足够的机械强度,承受压裂过程和岩层产生的强大的闭合压力,如果支撑的强度不够,就会被压碎,这样就会影响油、气的导流能力。所以支撑剂对耐酸碱度、浊度、体积密度、视密度均有严格的要求,还要求圆度、球度要好,圆度越好,导流能力要好。
4、陶粒支撑剂分类:1.)按颗粒大小(粒径)分类: 按中石油行业标准,支撑剂的粒径分11个规格,常用的有(20/40目,850—425μm)、(30—50目,600—300μm)、(40—70目,425—212μm)等3种规格。
2.)按密度分类
通常按体积密度和视密度综合将支撑刘分为3类 低密度:体积密度/视密度≤1.65g/cm3/≤3.00g/cm3 中密度:体积密度/视密度≤1.80g/cm3/≤3.35g/cm3 高密度:体积密度/视密度>1.80g/cm3/>3.35g/cm3
3.)按抗压强度分类
通常分52mpa、69mpa、86mpa,此三种统称高强。为示区别,行业内逐渐把抗压强度大于86mpa的称作超高强度或超强度。
